Jai Nitai Dasa a second initiated disciple of HH Radhanath Swami, joined ISKCON in 1998 from a professional background of consultancy in software development/testing in the investment banking industry.

He spent 10 years in the brahmacari ashrama heading up outreach and Temple management. Now in the grhastha ashrama, he previously served as Temple President of ISKCON-London for 14 years, a Zonal Supervisor for London and the South-east, and Euro RGB member and Euro RGB EC Chairman.

For the last 3 years, he and his wife have focused on Community Development & Devotee Care Internationally traveling and teaching the Devotee Care Course established and endorsed by the GBC. They recently establish a Devotee Care Office (DCO) at Bhaktivedanta Manor, initiated a UK National DCO. They are now based in NYC at the Bhakti Center where they are establishing a DCO. He has conducted seminars and courses in universities, corporates, many Temples previous ILS’s and is a faculty member of the GBC College.

Bhava Bhakti Devi Dasi a second initiated disciple of HH Radhanath Swami, joined ISKCON in 1996 with a masters degree in English Literature and Psychology before pursuing a career in Central Government.
She previously served in a volunteer capacity as the Temple Administrator, Charity Secretary and Mentorship Co-ordinator of ISKCON-London as well as deity service, cooking and communications.

She assisted in setting up and running the Devotee Care Offices in Bhaktivedanta Manor and The Bhakti Center (NYC).

She currently travels globally with her husband to present seminars/courses on a myriad of bhakti subjects including the Devotee Care Course, to various audiences which has include the ISKCON Leadership Sanga in Mayapur.

Mr. Dobson is a seasoned Executive Director renowned for his adept leadership in medium-sized non-profit organizations, particularly those dedicated to aiding the economically disadvantaged and elderly populations. Since 1987, he has served as the Executive Director and President of Food for All, Inc. His tenure saw remarkable growth for the organization, originally focused on providing food assistance in Philadelphia, PA, which expanded to encompass a resident facility catering to homeless veterans struggling with substance addiction, as well as correctional and criminal justice facilities.

In addition to his stewardship at Food for All, Mr. Dobson orchestrated the acquisition of Southcare, Inc., overseeing the establishment of a retirement club offering affordable retirement and personal care services. Under his guidance, Southcare expanded its reach to Alachua, Florida, where it introduced management consulting services, meals-on-wheels programs, and home repair services tailored to the needs of the elderly.

Before his leadership roles in the non-profit sector, Mr. Dobson flourished as the owner and operator of a successful real estate management business. He also served as the head of public relations for ISKCON, a commitment dating back to the mid-1970s. These diverse responsibilities necessitated a broad skill set encompassing construction, property management, media relations, and innovative fundraising techniques.
